ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Սիմոն Բաբայանը հյուրընկալել է ԱՄՆ դատավոր Թոդ Էդինսին (Judge of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii of the USA)։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են փաստաբանական ինստիտուտի դերը, փաստաբանների կողմից դատավորների գործունեության գնահատման վերաբերյալ Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների փորձը և փաստաբանական ինստիտուտին առնչվող մի շարք առանցքային դրույթներ:

Երկուստեք կարևորելով փաստաբանի առաքելությունը արդարադատության համակարգում, կողմերը նախանշել են նաև համագործակցության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված հեռանկարները:

Chairman of the RA Chamber of Advocates Simon Babayan hosted Judge Todd Eddins of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii of the USA.

During the meeting, the role of the Bar Institute, the experience of the United States of America regarding the assessment of judges' activities by advocate, and a number of key provisions related to the Bar Institute were discussed.

Emphasizing on both sides the mission of the lawyer in the justice system, the parties also outlined prospects for strengthening cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, Todd Edinsy thanked the President of the RA Chamber of Advocates for the warm reception and meaningful conversation.
