On 15 April a governing Board hearing of the School of Advocates foundation took place headed by the Chairman of the Chamber  Ara Zohrabyan.

According to the Charter of the School of Advocates five from six Board members Ara Zohrabyan(the head of the Board), Lyudvig Davtyan, Lernik Hovhannisyan, Nikolay Hakobyan, Heriqnaz Tigranyan participated  in  the hearing.

During the hearing it was discussed the issues about the authorization suspension of the director of the School of Advocates Nikolay Baghdasaryan and appointment of the new director of the School. Nikolay Baghdasaryan insisted on his resignation and said that  the resignation from his position    was because of his personal overload. Nikolay Baghdasaryan thanked the head of the School Board Ara Zohrabyan and the members of the Board for joint working.

Ara Zohrabyan suggested a member of the school Board, advocate Simon Babayan, who is a PhD in law and has a good experience in directing educational procedure, to become a new Director of the School. The head of the School Board offered Nikolay Baghdasaryan to be responsible for two programs of the School taking into consideration the fact that he had such kind of desire and that he is aware of that programs and can successfully complete them. In his turn Nikolay Baghdasaryan mentioned that Simon Babayan will organize educational programs of the school with higher quality, as he has an experience in the pedagogical sphere. Ara Zohrabyan thanked Nikolay Baghdasaryan for his work for the last two years and he represented the issues for voting. The School Board of the Advocates of the RA unanimously decided to suffice the application of the director of the School of Advocates Foundation Nikolay Baghdasaryan. and to terminate his authorization by dissolving the labor contract with him and  on 16 April, 2014 to appoint Simon Albert Babayan as a director of the School of Advocates Foundation  of the RA. After the elections Simon Babayan thanked the Board for
confidence and for the new position. After the Board hearing the Chairman of the Chamber Ara Zohrabyan  represented the new  director to the School staff.
