Today on 9, December Chamber of Advocates of the RA was  awarded with the price “The civic public organization of the year ” on the occasion  of the international day of anticorruption which is organized by the coalition of the institutes of civic public and the association of  young lawyers of the RA. The organization of the event were association of young lawyers of the RA, Information liberty centre. The price was awarded to the Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of the RA Ara Zohrabyan by Karen  Zadoyan. Expressing  words of thankfulness  for estimating the work of the Chamber Ara Zohrabyan  mentioned that  “The Chamber of Advocates really implements anti-corruption strategy. We implement it not only during the work with advocates but also we do it  in the school of advocates with the students.”

            The awards were established in 3 categories: the citizen of the year, journalist and the organization of civic public. The price of citizen of the year was given to Hrachya Avetisyan, the price of the journalist of the year was given to  the group of Armnyuz TV Channel.

 The anticorruption films  were shown during the event. The event was sponsored  by European Union.
