According to the decision of the Council of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia from 06.07. 2015 num. KG/78-A (henceforth the Council ) advocate Armen Umrshatyan has been called to administrative responsibility.
The advocate has been recognized guilty for the violation of 2.7.2, 3.1.8 and 3.5.5 sub-paragraphs of the advocate's behavior codex and as an administrative penalty the Council has decided to breach  advocate Armen Umrshatyan's activity license number 385.
The decision of the Council was appealed by Armen Umrshatyan in court. By the decision of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administratice Districts from 07.06.2016 the claim was rejected. By the decision of the Civil Court of Appeal of RA from 05.08.2016 the decision of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts from 07.06.2016 has remained in its legal power. By the decision from 19.10.2016 of the civil and administrative chamber of the Court of Appeal of RA has been rejected the assumption of Armen Umrshatyan's appeal claim proceedings.

The decision of the Council of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia from 06.07.2015 num. KG/78-A has become res judicata and the activity of Armen Umrshatyan's license number 385 is considered to be breached.
