In the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia took place a retraining lecture on the topic of “The skills concerned with the issue of applying to the Constitutional court”.
The lecture was conducted by a lecturer, Ph. D.  Narine Aleksanyan. 
The advocates, discussed the Constitutional appellation as a means of rights’ defense in the court, in the frames of the subtopic was discussed the  scope of subjects having the right to apply to the Constitutional court, the questions that were to be examined, the established by the Constitutional court decision concerning individual applications and their legal consequences, as also some principle questions concerning the fulfillment  of that decisions.  The claims presented to the Constitutional complaint had become a subject of a discussion, especially, the special and main claims presented to the formation of the complaint.  The practice that has formed concerning the acceptance of individual complaints by the Constitutional court, as also the typical errors repeating in Constitutional applications.  

The lecturer called special attention of the participants to the pecularities of Constitutional court examination, especially to the phases of the case examination, legislative rules, the special knowledge needed for a case leading in a CC.

The advocates exchanged opinions round the subjects concerning the decisions, based on individual applications and their legal consequences.
