Guided by the 15-th point of the 13-th article of the law “About advocacy”, as also the claims of the 27-th cedilla of the bylaw of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, taking into account the necessity of exploration and the searches of possible solving of numerous problems that are in the sphere of administration,
DECIDED
- To affirm according to the appendix “The activity order of the working group exploring legal problems in the sphere of administration”
- To form for a one year period time a working group involved in administrative problems exploration with the following advocates’ staff:
- Tatul Khudatyan (license num. 155),
- Vardan Jilavyan (license num. 453),
- Tigran Khurshudyan (license num. 451),
- Andranik Vahanyan (license num. 773),
- Mariam Khulyan (license num. 573).
- To the Head of the staff of the Chamber of Advocates of RA : to inform about this decision the advocate members of the working goup.

AN ORDER
ABOUT THE ADMINISTATIVE SPHERE LEGAL PROBLEMS’ EXPLORATION GROUP ACTIVITY
1. General statements
1.1 By this order is defined the formation of the working group (henceforth working group) engaged in administrative legal problems exploration, organization of the work and the process of executed explorations results summarizing.
1.2 The purpose of the working group formation is the studying of problems concerned with legal right sphere, the reveal of the open issues of administrative legislation, the investigation of advocates’ claims concerned with administrative offences and regulation, the formation of legislative changes packages and their presentation to the Chamber of Advocates of RA
1.3 The working group acts on public bases.
2. The order of working group formation and structure
2.1 The members of the working group are appointed by the Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of RA (henceforth the Chamber) from the staff of advocates for one year period.
2.2 The working group is formed out of 5 (five) members.
2.3 The reports defined by this order are signed by all the members of the working group.
3. The activity organization of the working group
3.1 The working group:
- Advocates’ experience in administrative sphere: coordinating the complaints of advocates.
-periodically presents to the Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of RA the concise report concerned with the accomplished works.
3.2 The working group organizes its activity by means of discussions,
that can be conducted in the way of joint meeting or another way acceptable for the group.
3.3 The queries, necessary for the working group are accomplished on behalf of the Chamber.
4. Final thesis
4.1 This order is becoming valid from the moment of recognition.
4.2 Changes and amendments can be made in this order by the decision of the Chairman.
