The first deputy chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia Artur Hovhannisyan took a leave of his colleagues from the Chamber, the School of Advocates, and the office of Public Defender. During the solemn ceremony the chairman of the Chamber Ara Zohrabyan in the Chamber of Advocates of RA for the irreproachable and scrupulous work that had been performed and for the contribution in the question of development of the institute of advocacy granted Artur Hovhannisyan with a certification of honor.  The colleagues, on congratulating Artur Hovhannisyan, wished him newest success in the responsible work of state building. Artur Hovhannisyan by the decision of the prime minister has been appointed the first deputy of the minister of justice of RA.
