By the decision  of the Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia from  11.10.2016 №428-A/KG-16210   a disciplinary proceedings has been evoked against advocate Garik Galikyan  for publicly speaking out  to the participant of the “Half open windows” TV program translated by “ATV” television channel the phrase : “.. Let your womb dry...”,  in order to check the behavior from the sense of that very behavior being appropriate in its professional purport and formation of respect towards its social rank.   

At the same time, we have to notice, that the evoke of the disciplinary proceedings  doesn’t mean by itself  that the advocate made a disciplinary violation  and the final answer to that question can be given only in the result of the disciplinary proceedings’ realization: by the appropriate decision of the Council of the Chamber of Advocates.
