THE BOARD OF THE CHAMBER MADE A DECISION ON TERMINATING THE LICENSE OF ARMEN UMTSHATYAN.
07.07.2015 17:10On 6, July, 2015 The Board of the Chamber of Advocates of RA ,examining the disciplinary proceeding -15021 based on the application of a citizen Emma Kirakosyan, made a decision of disciplinary proceeding against Armen Umrshatyan.
The advocate was found guilty according to the points 2.7.2., 3.1.8 and 3.5.5 of infractions of Code of Ethics, and as a penalty The Board of the Chamber made a decision to terminate the license number 385 of Armen Umrshatyan.
