Congratulations the 23th anniversary of Armenia on behalf of the RA advocacy community. The concept of Independence is not only a way of making moral but first of all a sustainable way of the development of legal state. It is a responsibility undertaken for the fate of own nation and restoration of historical justice based on the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In favor of independence it is possible to implement the right of free self-determination.  Armenians holding the legal way of independence do not have a right to deviate from its protection and each of us is responsible for it. Once again, congratulations on Independence Day. I wish Armenian Statehood peace, independent and united country.
