Dear advocates,

On the 7-th of February 2017 from 14:30 to 22:20 in the administrative building of the Chamber of Advocates of RA (henceforth the Chamber) took place the printing of ballot papers according to the issues of the agenda of the common session  (that is to take place on the 11.02.2017), which includes the election of the members of the Bar Council of the Chamber of Advocates of RA, the election of persons responsible for the disciplinary work of the Chamber of Advocates of RA and the question of defining an “Advocate’s day”, as also the printing of the list of voters (the registration list of the participants of the regular common session).

In connection with each issue of the voting agenda there have been printed  1833 ballot papers (1779 according to the list of voters for the time being 07.02.2017, and 54 ballot papers (exceeding the list of voters by 3%),  that have been sealed by the seal of the Estimates Committee, packed in sacks, which have been signed by the head of the Estimates Committee and the present members, sealed simultaneously together with the seal of the Estimates Committee and the list of voters, placed in a fireproof case which has been appropriately sealed with an adhesive tape.
