The applications of Ani Khalafyan, Vardan Khalafyan , Anahit Vardanyan,Hmayak Khalafyan  have been  examined to the extent  in RA Constitutional Court, by which it is  disputed  the issue of the  third  part of the 5^th article  of RA Law on Advocacy  and  the by thesis of   cases provided with the fifth article of RA law and the first part of the  41^st article  of  Code of Civil Procedure.

By the mentioned case  On 17 March,  2016  The Chamber of Advocates of RA, as the third  party,  represented   Amicus curiae, that is the written comment, the opinion of the third party regarding the  disputed legal norms of the RA Constitutional Court.

The challenged legal regulations  in the opinion of the Chamber of Advocates  of RA  are  observed  according to the RA Constitution  and  international legal documents   guaranteed by the  right  of judicial  protection  , the right of access to justice etc..

RA Constitutional Court will  examine The  mentioned   individual  appeal   in the written procedure on 29 March, 2016 at 10:00  o’clock.
